You must set: Linksys: SPA3102 - http://spa3102host/admin/voice/advanced (Line 1: or PSTN Line: Network Jitter Level:) Linksys: SPA941 - http://spa941host/admin/advanced (Ext 1: , Ext: 2, Ext 3: or Ext 4: Network Jitter Level) Linksys: PAP2T - http://pap2t.wl0.org/admin/advanced (Line 1: or Line 2: Network jitter Level) to LOW. This makes a huge differences and makes VoIP with these devices much better. To reply to my own post it seems that this is indeed the case.

You must set:
